At Butterfly, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your performance; if you are not satisfied, you can return your athletic equipment within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts for sports equipment are included.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
